Really smooth honey whiskey with Wild Turkey

2L Barrel: 1.75L of Wild Turkey 101 (Saved ~100 mL to compare later). Added 1 whole vanilla bean cut to expose seeds, ground 1/2 cinnamon stick, and filled the extra space in the barrel with real honey. Aged for 3 weeks. Really smooth honey whiskey, not too sweet and you can still appreciate the taste of whiskey. You can taste the cinnamon, but its not ‘spicy’ or overpowering. Significant difference in smoothness when aged in the barrel, great on the rocks.
