Shipping Time
Blank barrels and other products not personalized will be shipped via Fedex or USPS Priority Mail the same or next business day. Engraved barrels and other personalized products will ship within 3 days via the same methods. Applies to products in stock at time of order. Does not apply to wholesale, large orders or products out of stock. Also shipping times may be delayed during holiday order peak times such as Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.
If you request a proof for engraving then we will wait until you have approved the engraving proof before we have the barrel engraved. (Please keep an eye our in your email for the proof from designer@redheadbarrels.com) This can add an additional day or more depending on when the approval is received.
Orders ship via FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be sent to the customer when we package the order. In some cases orders may actually not ship out until the day after the tracking info is sent. (the carrier may have already picked up for the day) Call 469-475-0015 if the tracking information does not appear on the FEDEX or USPS website.
$20 Expedited Shipping Option at Checkout
We will ship your blank or engraved barrel and other items the same business day if order is received before 3pm (EST). Expedited shipping cost is $20. Expedited shipping implies that we are expediting the processing of your order. If you want 2nd Day FedEx shipping then you must choose that shipping option when you check out.
Red Head Barrels currently ships to all U.S. states and territories and Canada. Sometimes the shopping cart will not accurately compute the shipping costs for U.S. territories, Hawaii and Alaska so we may have to contact you to adjust the shipping costs.
All shipping charges for new, returned, and replacement items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Note: All shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to your local government taxes and duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of you and Red Head Barrels assumes no financial responsibility to pay these duties and taxes.
