Ingredients:
- 1/2 ounce Irish whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Baileys Irish cream
- Guinness beer
The Irish Shot or (Irish Car Bomb) has been around since 1979. Of course it is a favorite on St Patty’s Day but you can have one any time of the year at home. You will need a Guinness, Bailey’s Irish Cream and Irish Whisky. Combine equal parts whisky and Irish cream in the shot glass. (Pro tip) Pour the cream in first then layer the whisky on top. Half fill your pint glass with Guinness and just drop the bomb (shot glass) in the glass of beer. Release the shot glass below the top of your glass to limit the splash, then chug it quick.
