   I bought this gift package as an anniversary gift for my hubby and I have nothing but praises to sing for this company. Not only was the customer service extraordinary (they communicated with me quickly and clearly, and were extremely polite), but the shipping was so fast! The quality of the products they offer is superb, all the engraving looks so professional, I am just beyond tickled with it all and cannot wait to surprise my hubby with it all! They even were super nice and helpful when I contacted them regarding one of the included whiskey glasses (it had gotten crushed in transit), and they immediately crafted a new one for me and shipped it out WELL padded so that it would arrive intact! I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family, and I hope to order from them again someday myself!

   I purchased three barrel kits, one for my father, Father-in-law and myself. Having never done this before we were a bit apprehensive at first. After watching the instructional videos and recently having a little tasting party of the different varieties we are all HOOKED!

   The process is very easy and almost impossible to mess up and the results are FANTASTIC! We are all looking forward to some experimentation and expanding our barrel quantity in the future.

   Very happy with my Gold Bootleg Barrel Package, especially the customer service! I may have screwed up my custom engraving file, but Red Head support corrected my mistake before I even contacted them about it! Fast turnaround and shipping. Everything looks great and it’s a great conversation piece.

   I’ve bottled my first “bootleg” whiskey, and am on my second. And I’ll be picking up another barrel soon for rum!

   I ordered the gold package for my brother, who loves bourbon. He had never seen these kits before. I gave it to him as a gift for being my best man in my upcoming wedding. He’s a very meticulous individual and pays close attention to quality so I checked several types of these kits before buying. The gold kit, along with the website and customer service set Red Head apart from the rest. The website is very well done, and I know my brother would have a lot of questions since he’s never done anything like this before.

   I received the package and was very pleased when I inspected everything. Everything looked just as the proofs had shown. When I presented it to him he was overjoyed, and immediately dug into the materials.

   I was very pleased with my order and everything was taken care of professionally. Updates were quick, and my satisfaction was an obvious priority. Very well done Red! Thanks!

   I bought the Gold Package as an anniversary present for my boyfriend. The custom engraving I ordered turned out perfectly – and the proofs they sent over to make sure it was exactly what I wanted made me feel even better about the product I was getting. The leather flask engraving turned out marvelously too! When everything arrived, I think I was almost as excited to give the present as my boyfriend was to get the present. There was a little hiccup when the whiskey glasses I ordered weren’t included – but Red Head apologized, sent them right away and let me keep the shot glasses they accidentally sent. Correcting a mix up like that is very good business and made me feel like they really care about getting the customers exactly what they want.

   My only critique is that some Essence be included in the gift packages (proportional to how big the barrel being purchased is). There is flavor enhancer, but no actual whiskey or rum essence to make in the barrel once it’s ready. I almost forgot to include it in my purchase, and wound up buying too little in the end.

   Overall, I am SUPREMELY satisfied with my final product and I am definitely doing business with Red Head again.

    I purchased the gold packaged with a custom engraving as a wedding gift for some great friends. The proof you guys sent me of the engraving was a great way to reassure me, we were on the same page. The package arrived quickly and I was able to start aging a batch of brandy old fashions as part of the wedding gift so it would be done on their wedding. The bride and groom were as stoked to receive this gift as I was to give it. I will definitely be doing business again with you guys
