Ordered the week before Christmas, and got my Barrel 2 days after I ordered! Followed the instructions and so far everything has been perfect. I had a “taste” 2 weeks after I filled it, and it was still way too young. I had another taste last night(3.5 weeks) and it was pretty good, still needs a little more time. The taste was very good, I can’t wait!
